Caring for families is at the heart of what we do. You will be our families’ first point of contact whilst attending the scene of the recent bereavement. You’ll build relationships with families at a difficult moment as we take responsibility for the care and preparation of their loved one.

As a Senior Funeral assistant your role will include the responsibility and privilege to look after the preparation and presentation of the person who has passed away, which includes washing and dressing them with the dignity and respect that this personal act requires. Working with your colleagues across other funeral homes and leading a team of Funeral Services Assistants to deliver the highest level of service to our families.
This role is a permanent night shift operating from 7.54pm to 8.00am (4 nights on and then 4 nights off). Time and a third will be paid between the hours of 10pm and 6am and the basic rate will be paid for the remaining hours
