Joining the People Operations team, you'll be supporting our people plan and providing knowledge and advice with complex people queries for managers across our family of businesses always operating with the customer in mind; and you’ll become a trusted partner by offering positive and helpful advice and support.
You’ll coach managers to aid the wellbeing of their teams, which will be invaluable, and make a real difference to our colleagues, along with providing people project support in areas such as acquisitions and divestments and take a key role in shaping our People polices.
With your keen eye for detail, you’ll use data insight to identify people themes and trends and provide recommendations for change.
