What will you be doing?

Joining the People Operations team, you'll be supporting our people plan and providing knowledge and advice with complex people queries for managers across our family of businesses always operating with the customer in mind; and you’ll become a trusted partner by offering positive and helpful advice and support.
 
You’ll coach managers to aid the wellbeing of their teams, which will be invaluable, and make a real difference to our colleagues, along with providing people project support in areas such as acquisitions and divestments and take a key role in shaping our People polices.
 
With your keen eye for detail, you’ll use data insight to identify people themes and trends and provide recommendations for change. 

How will I know if I am right for this role?

You’ll love working within a people team where you can support each other and have a drive to provide excellent customer service and seek customer feedback wherever possible.
 
You’ll be curious and confident in the support that you give to our managers on a wide variety of people matters and your approach to analyzing data and being solution focused will play out in positive improvements to our attrition and absence.
 
We’re looking for a CIPD (or equivalent) qualification or working towards qualification and someone who has a good all-round practical and theoretical HR knowledge along with working collaboratively with Trade Unions.
