What will you be doing?

Our payroll support advisor is critical in supporting our 4 weekly pay cycle and requires a focus on accuracy and efficiently in line with our internal processes and external legislation.

A true team-player, you’ll be supporting the wider payroll team and will be able to think on your feet to respond to queries using your own initiative and lead with our difference maker behaviours.

You’ll be comfortable working under your own initiative, managing your time effectively, and leaning into complex queries and looking for continuous improvements and solutions . With the support and guidance from leadership, we’re looking for someone with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

How will I know if I am right for this role?

Previous payroll and system experience is essential with proven problem-solving skills and ability to meet payroll deadlines. Having great customer service skills which align to our difference maker behaviours and the ability to build positive customer relationships will make you an ideal fit for this role.

A CIPP qualification is desirable, but your experience is the essential requirement of this role.
